Return Policy
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
Once an order is placed, we cannot change, cancel, or exchange it. You also cannot change names, shipping, or billing information after the order is confirmed. We can't combine or split orders, add discount codes or items, or correct addresses with shipping companies after checkout.
Unauthorized returned packages will not receive a refund or credit. Thank you for understanding.
Order Assistance
If you get a damaged item from our online store, please email us right away. Include your name, order number, a description of the problem, and a photo of the damage. We cannot exchange items that have been used, written on, or mishandled. Thank you for understanding.
If you got a damaged or faulty item from another store, please contact that store for help. They will take care of your issue and will contact us if needed. Thank you!
Order Processing
Processing times and shipping dates are listed in the product description. In-stock items usually ship within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays, through USPS. We do not provide overnight, express, or expedited shipping. After your package ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. Thank you for understanding!
2024 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
For Christmas, all orders should be placed by November 28th.
For New Years, all orders should be placed by December 1st.
Order & Shipping Confirmation Emails
You will get an order confirmation email after you submit your order. When your shipment is on the way, you will receive an email with tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear online. Thank you for your order!
If you can't find your confirmation emails, please check all your email accounts and look in your Spam or Junk folder. If you think you typed your email wrong at checkout, contact us for help!
Order Shipment
If your package is returned because the shipping address is incorrect or can't be delivered, we can resend your item. However, you'll need to pay for the new shipping. Just give us the correct address, and we'll handle everything else!
We will send orders to the address you entered at checkout. We can't change shipping addresses once the checkout is done, so please make sure your information is correct before you finish your purchase. After the carrier has your order, "Planning to Thrive" can't control the shipment. The carrier gives us the same tracking info you will get, so please track your order to stay updated. Thank you for understanding!
Estimated Delivery
Shipping carriers can't promise a specific delivery date but offer their best estimates based on distance and volume. Delays may occur due to busy holidays, bad weather, or missed deliveries. For U.S. shipments, expect delivery within 2-4 business days after the package is with the carrier. Check your tracking number for the latest information, as we receive the same updates. Non-Refundable Shipping
Shipping fees cannot be refunded for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, canceled orders, or returns and exchanges. Thank you for understanding that these fees are part of the shipping process. If you have questions or need help, please contact us.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. A limited selection of our products can be found on Amazon.com.
